The principal of Puerto Rico Appraisers & Real Estate Services, Inc., d/b/a Puerto Rico Appraisers & Consultants, is a Certified General Appraiser, Certified Review Appraiser, Business Interests Appraiser, Business Consultant, Certified General Home Inspector; Member of the Puerto Rico Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, of the Institute of Business Appraisers, the San Juan Board of Realtors, the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce and the Puerto Rico Hotel and Tourism Association. Our associates are licensed appraisers. Our staff stands ready to satisfy your appraisal and/or consulting needs.

During the past fifteen years, we have appraised existing and proposed developments, residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and special purpose properties, going-concerns, machinery & equipment, business interests, appeared as expert witness, and performed consulting work.

We have performed appraisal assignments to estimate property rights in Fee Simple, Leased Fee, Leasehold, and Partial Interests; on Market Value, Investment Value, Liquidation Value, Insurance & Damages, and performed closely held business interests appraisals on a control, and minority basis.

Area of Coverage

We cover primarily the Metropolitan Area; however, we may also cover the rest of the Island as well.

Qualifications

Diego Sorroche Fraticelli, is a Certified General Appraiser, Certified Review Appraiser, and Business Appraiser. Diego Sorroche also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Accounting, having extensive management, accounting and finance experience, as well as appraising experience with expertise in the field of residential, commercial and industrial properties, business interests appraisal, eminent domain and expropriation, and machinery & equipment appraisals. As a consultant, Diego Sorroche provides consulting services to real estate and business investors, solely representing investors on a non-contingent basis, as well as consulting services to businesses. Additionally, Mr. Sorroche who has particular expertise in hotel and casino development and operations, provides set-up and consulting services to the Hotel & Casino industry.
